Quick-Start Guide: White-Label Partners

**Audience:** Outplacement firms, coaching practices, and transition service providers deploying Starting Monday under their own brand **Time to first value:** Branded environment live within 1 business day **URL:** Contact your Starting Monday account lead or request access via settings

What the white-label offering is

White-label lets your firm deliver Starting Monday's operating platform under your brand name, colors, and domain. Your participants, counselors, and sponsors interact with your product - not Starting Monday's. You set the program structure; we power the execution.

Step 1 - Choose your tier (15 min)

TierBest forIncluded participantsPrice
SoloIndependent coaches, small practicesUp to 10$299/mo
BoutiqueBoutique coaching firms, regional providersUp to 75$1,500/mo
OutplacementNational/enterprise outplacement programsUp to 300$5,000/mo

Overage per additional participant: Solo $19, Boutique $15, Outplacement $10.

Choose a tier at **Dashboard > Settings > White Label**.

Step 2 - Configure your branding (30 min)

In **Dashboard > Settings > White Label > Branding**:

  1. Upload your logo (SVG or PNG, square format recommended)
  2. Set your primary color (your firm's main brand color, as hex code)
  3. Set your accent color (button and highlight color)
  4. Set your brand name (appears in all client-facing emails and screens)
  5. Set your support email (where participant support requests will route)

Changes apply immediately to your environment.

Step 3 - Select your program track

TrackUse when
Executive TransitionVP, C-suite, and senior director placements
Professional TransitionManager, director, and individual-contributor placements

Set at **Dashboard > Settings > White Label > Program Track**.

Each track has a default milestone set (Intake complete, Prep ready, First outreach sent, Offer recorded) that you can customize.

Step 4 - Set up your first cohort

  1. Go to **Dashboard > Programs > New cohort**
  2. Name the cohort (e.g., "Q3 2026 Technology Leaders")
  3. Set the cohort size and expected start date
  4. Assign counselors to the cohort
  5. Set the program track
  6. Send participant invitations from the cohort dashboard

Step 5 - Assign partner roles

Give your team the right access levels:

  • **Firm admin:** full settings, billing, reports, all cohorts
  • **Program manager:** cohort management, reporting, no billing
  • **Counselor:** assigned client access, session snapshots, no admin

Assign roles at **Dashboard > Settings > Team > Partner Roles**.

Step 6 - Export sponsor reports

When a sponsor (employer or HR buyer) needs a status update:

  1. Go to **Dashboard > Cohorts > [Cohort name] > Reports**
  2. Select **Sponsor Export**
  3. The export includes: cohort activation rate, milestone completion, engagement cadence, and confidence trend
  4. All data uses your brand name, not Starting Monday

What your participants experience

Participants interact with your branded environment throughout:

  • Onboarding emails from your support address
  • Dashboard branded with your logo and colors
  • Prep briefs and reports with your firm name
  • No Starting Monday branding visible unless you choose to display it

Tier upgrade path

Start at the tier that matches your current cohort size. Upgrades apply immediately mid-month (prorated). Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.
